摘要
分析食品营养知识在餐饮业中应用现状,着重剖析食品加工销售过程中营养教育缺失的问题以及在餐饮业开展健康教育的意义,提出应尽快建立健全营养相关法律、法规、标准和技术体系,探索建立相应监督管理机制,重视卫生营养学的教育监督管理,以场所推进营养健康教育等建议,从而进一步提高人群的营养知识水平,促进健康行为的形成,提升人群的整体健康素质。
This paper summaries the current status of food preparation practice in catering industry guided by nutritional knowledge with emphasis on the insufficient health education about nutrition in food processing and sailing,the importance of conducting health education in catering industry,suggests to develop and improve the law,regulation,standard and technical system about food nutrition and discuss the establishment of related supervision and management systems to improve people's health status.
