摘要
研究以涵盖国内外、官方与民间大学排名机构在内的8个大学排名指标体系为对象,按照系统模式的基本分析框架,对各类指标体系进行比较,按照输入—过程—输出的分析模式择取高等教育综合实力评价的主要指标,从而提炼高等教育综合实力评价的核心要素。结果表明:师资队伍、教学情况、科学研究、学校声誉、财政资源、生源情况、毕业情况、国际化8项指标是高等教育综合实力评价的核心要素,其中师资队伍这项指标是各评价机构认可度最高的分析指标。
In terms of the ranking index system of eight universities in the university ranking organization at home and abroad,official and unofficial,according to the basic analysis framework of system model,by comparing the different index systems,based on the analysis model of input- process- output to select the main index of comprehensive strength evaluation of higher education,the core factors of higher education comprehensive strength evaluation were refined,in order to grasp the promotion methods for the comprehensive strength of higher education.The results show that teaching staff,teaching condition,scientific study,university reputation,financial source,students resource,graduation results,internalization the eight index are the core factors to evaluate the comprehensive strength of higher education,and the teaching staff index is the most recognizable analysis index for the evaluation organization.
