摘要
我国事业单位绩效工资改革的深入推进,对深化分配制度改革和提升事业单位的公益服务水平起到了积极的促进作用。对事业单位实施绩效工资过程中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的对策建议,以期对完善绩效工资改革起到一定的推动作用。
With in-depth implementing of merit pay reform in Chinese institutional organizations,merit pay reform plays a positive part to deepen the reform of the distribution system and improve public serv-ice in institutional organization.This paper analyses problems on the process of merit pay reform in in-stitutional organizations and puts forward relevant strategic suggestions in order to be further promotion of improving merit pay reform.
