酵母硒对肉仔鸡生长性能及免疫功能的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Yeast Selenium on Performance and Immune Function Broilers

摘要 本试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平酵母硒对肉仔鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响。试验选用540只1日龄AA肉仔鸡公雏,随机分为5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复18只鸡,5个处理组分别在基础日粮中添加0(对照组)、0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4 mg/kg的酵母硒(以硒计),试验期42 d。结果表明:日粮中添加0.1~0.4 mg/kg酵母硒对肉仔鸡生长性能无显著影响(P〉0.05),对血清IgG、IgM、IgA含量和免疫器官指数无显著影响(P〉0.05),但0.4 mg/kg酵母硒显著提高了肉仔鸡第14天的新城疫抗体滴度和第21天的T-淋巴细胞转化率(P〈0.05),0.3、0.4 mg/kg酵母硒极显著提高了第42天的T-淋巴细胞转化率(P〈0.01)。因此,日粮中添加酵母硒对肉仔鸡生长性能无影响,但0.3~0.4 mg/kg酵母硒提高了T-淋巴细胞转化率,对新城疫抗体滴度也有一定的提高作用。 The objective of this experiment was to evaluate effects of different levels of yeast selenium on performance and immune function in broilers. A total of 540 1-day-old male chicks AAbroilers were randomly assigned to five treatments with 6 replicates, each of which included 18 chickens. Five treatment groups were supplemented basal diet with 0(control group), 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4 mg/kg of yeast selenium(calculated as selenium), respectively. The trial period was 42 days. The results showed that dietary different levels of yeast selenium did not influence performance,the content of IgG, IgM, and IgA and Lymphoid organ weights(thymus, bursa and spleen) which were mersured as a percentage of body weight(P〈0.05). But, birds received a Se-supplementation of 0.4 mg/kg diet had significantly higher serum antibody titer against new castle disease at d 14 and lymphocyte transformation rate at d 21(P〈0.05).Besides, broilers fed diets with yeast selenium(0.3 and 0.4 mg/kg of diet) for 42 days highly significantly increased lymphocyte transformation rate(P〈0.01). It was concluded that dietary yeast selenium had no influence on performance, but that(0.3 or 0.4 mg/kg of diet) yeast selenium improved lymphocyte transformation rate, and increased serum antibody titer against newcastle disease in a degree.
