摘要
试验旨在研究饲粮中添加硒代蛋氨酸对热应激条件下肉鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响。选用240只21日龄健康罗斯308肉公鸡,随机分为NT组(常温组,基础日粮+0.3 mg/kg亚硒酸钠)、NT-Se-Met组(常温硒代蛋氨酸组,基础日粮+0.3 mg/kg硒代蛋氨酸)、HS组(热应激组,基础日粮+0.3 mg/kg亚硒酸钠)、HS-Se-Met组(热应激硒代蛋氨酸组,基础日粮+0.3 mg/kg硒代蛋氨酸)4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。试验期间常温组和热应激组环境温度分别控制在(24±2)℃和(32±2)℃,持续至试验结束,试验期21 d。结果表明:与常温状态相比,热应激状态肉鸡末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、脾脏指数显著降低(P<0.05),血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)及肝脏和脾脏IgG、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、IL-2水平也显著降低(P<0.05),料重比显著升高(P<0.05);而添加硒代蛋氨酸组肉鸡血清IL-2以及肝脏和脾脏IgA、IgG、IgM、IL-2水平显著升高(P<0.05),肝脏和脾脏白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)水平显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述:饲粮中添加硒代蛋氨酸能提高肉鸡免疫球蛋白并降低炎症因子水平,能在一定程度上缓解肉鸡热应激反应,改善肉鸡的免疫功能和生长性能。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Se-Met supplementation on growth performance and immune function of broilers under heat stress.Two hundred and forty 21-day-old healthy Ross 308 broilers were randomly dividedinto NT group(normal temperature group,basaldiet+0.3 mg/kg sodium selenite),NT-Se-Metgroup(normal temperature selenium-methioninegroup,basal diet+0.3 mg/kg selenium-methio-nine),HS group(heat stress group,Basal diet+0.3 mg/kg sodium selenite)and HS-Se-Met group(heat stress selenium-methionine group,basal diet+0.3 mg/kg selenium-methionine)were treated withsix replicates per treatment and ten chickens per replicate.During the experiment,the ambient tempera-ture of normal temperature group and heat stress group was controlled at(24±2)℃and(32±2)℃,respec-tively,until the end of the experiment.The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed as follows:compared with normal temperature condition,the final weight,average daily gain,average daily feed in-take and spleen index of broilers were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the levels of Ig A,Ig G,IL-2 inserum,Ig G,Ig M and IL-2 in liver and spleen were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the ratio offeed to gain was significantly increased(P<0.05).However,Se-Met supplementation significantly in-creased the levels of serum IL-2,Ig A,Ig G,Ig M and IL-2 in liver and spleen(P<0.05),and significantlydecreased the levels of IL-1βin liver and spleen(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary selenium methioninecan increase immunoglobulin and decrease inflammatory factor levels of broilers,relieve heat stress re-sponse to a certain extent,and improve immune function and growth performance of broilers.
