摘要
蜡的熔点是表征蜡物化性质的重要指标之一,虽然是常见的物理性质,但要获得科学而准确的测试结果并非易事。文中通过采用差示扫描量热(DSC)法分别对58号石蜡和费托蜡的熔点及相变焓进行测定,研究了蜡的液固相转变过程。取熔融石蜡的DSC固化曲线放热峰的两端基线与前沿斜率最大点切线的交点为熔化点,即熔点。结果表明:与GB/T2539—2008法相比较,DSC法更加简便,试样用量少,有良好的精确度和重复性等特点。
The melting point is one of the important parameters to characterize the physicochemical properties of the wax,which is very common for physical property,but is not easy to obtain scientific and accurate test results. By using differential scanning calorimetry( DSC) for the determination of 58# paraffin and Fischer Tropsch wax melting point and enthalpy,the change of liquid and solid paraffin was studied. The maximum tangent intersection point of both baseline and front slope of molten paraffin wax curing exothermic peak of DSC curve was taken as the melting point. The results show that compared with the GB /T2539-2008 method,the DSC method is featured by simple operation,less amount of samples,good accuracy and repeatability.
