摘要 在分析铸钢冒口覆盖剂基本要求的基础上,设计了铸钢冒口覆盖剂的组成,着重研究了覆盖剂中发热材料、保温材料与触发剂对覆盖剂的发热和保温性能的影响,从而优化出一种新型铸钢冒口覆盖剂。结果表明:该覆盖剂具有发热和保温的双重作用,能明显延长冒口中钢液的凝固时间,提高冒口的补缩能力。 Based on the analysis of the basic requirements for the covering flux of steel castings, the ingredients of the covering flux was designed. The influences of exothermic material, influences of exothermic material, insulating agent and accelerating agent on the exothermic and insulating properties were investigated to obtain a new type of riser covering flux for steel castings. The application result showed that the new covering flux has both the exothermic effect and insulating effect. So it can obviously prolong the freezing time of the molten steel in the risers, and increase the feeding efficiency of risers. Hermic material and accelerator agent. The results show that it is a good covering flux for cast steel, which has obviously reduced contraction cavity area and has prominent insulation and radiation effects.
