X射线荧光光谱法分析合成丙烯酸甲酯用催化剂中磷和钒含量

摘要 用X射线荧光光谱法对合成丙烯酸甲酯用催化剂中磷和钒含量进行了分析。考察了催化剂试样用量和稀释比对分析结果的影响,结果表明,试样用量对分析结果几乎没有影响,从制样方便考虑,选择0.7~0.9 g较合适;用Al_2O_3作稀释剂,稀释比1:10~1:15较合适。与ICP和化学分析法相比,X射线荧光光谱法制样方法简单,分析结果满足要求。 The contents of phosphorus and vanadium in catalyst for synthesizing methylacrylate were ana lyzed using X ray fluorescence method. The effects of dosage of catalyst and dilution ratio on the analysis re sult were examined. The result showed that the dosage of the catalyst had little effect on the result. But in view of convenience of sample preparation, it was suitable to select the sample at the dosage of 0.7-0. 9 g. A1203 was used as the diluting material and the suitable dilute ratio(mass ratio of catalyst to A120s ) was( 1:10)-(1:15). Compared with ICP and chemical analysis,the sample preparation was simple in XRF analysis, and the result met the demands for analysis of P and V in catalyst for synthesizing methyl acrylate.
