摘要
目的:观察喉癌患者血清、唾液及组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)的变化情况。方法:选取本院收治的65例喉癌患者为观察组,并以同期的65例声带息肉患者为对照组,然后将两组的血清、唾液及组织VEGF-C、VEGF-D及MMP-2、MMP-9、MMP-13表达情况进行检测及比较,将观察组中不同分期喉癌患者的血清、唾液及组织检测结果进行比较。结果:观察组的血清及组织VEGF-C、VEGF-D及MMP-2、MMP-9、MMP-13表达均高于对照组,且观察组中分期较高者的表达均高于分期较低者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:喉癌患者血清及组织VEGF及MMP的变化较大,但唾液检测结果则差异不明显,因此对喉癌患者进行血清及组织上述指标的检测价值较高。
Objective：To observe and investigate changes of VEGF and MMP in serum,saliva and tissue of patients with laryngocarcinoma.Methods：65patients with laryngocarcinoma treated in our hospital were selected as observation group,65 patients with polyp of cord were selected as control group,then VEGF-C,VEGF-D and MMP-2,MMP-9,MMP-13 expression levels in serum,saliva and tissue of two groups were detected and compared,and the detection results of patients with different stages of laryngocarcinoma in the observation group with were compared.Results：The expression levels of VEGF-C,VEGF-D and MMP-2,MMP-9,MMP-13 in serum and tissues of observation group were all higher than those of control group.Within observation group,the more advanced laryngocarcinoma the patients had.Conclusions：Changes in VEGF and MMP expression levels in serum and tissue were obvious,but no similar difference in saliva was found.Thus,detection of VEGF and MMP expression levels in serum,saliva and tissue is valuable.
