十二年我国高校人才培养制度研究的回溯与反思

摘要 十二年来,我国高校人才培养制度研究主要聚焦于重视人才培养制度概念内涵的界定,突出人才培养制度影响因素的考察,关注人才培养制度存在问题的探讨,以及注重人才培养制度对策研究的探索等。但也存在多维视域研究欠缺,基础理论研究薄弱,定量实证研究较少和内在机理探讨不足等问题。反思我国人才培养制度研究,应不断提高研究质量,加强基础理论研究,强调多维研究视角,注重互动机理的探讨,并致力于定量与定性研究的有机结合。 Over the past twelve years, talents training system in China mainly focused on the emphasis on the definition of talents training system, stressing on the influencing factors of talents training system, being concerned about the problems of talents training system, and focusing on the exploration of the countermeasures for talents training system. Many problems, however, are existed, such as the lack of multi - dimensional research, insufficient basic theoretical research, less quantitative empirical research and inadequate internal mechanism research etc. With the reflection on the talents training system research in China, we should continue to improve the quality of research, strengthen basic theoretical research, emphasize on the perspective of multidimensional research, focus on the interaction mechanism, and commit to the combination of quantitative and qualitative research.
