摘要
赤泥是以铝土矿为原料生产氧化铝过程中产生的固体废渣,从废物利用及环保方面考虑,获得赤泥的相组成及各相的含量对于赤泥的综合利用更具有实际意义。利用X射线粉末衍射技术对平果铝厂提供的赤泥样品进行了分析,并分别采用Rietveld全谱图拟合法和传统的参比法(RIR法)对该赤泥样品进行定量物相分析。Rietveld法作定量物相分析时采用全谱图数据,因此克服了重叠峰带来的影响。研究表明,利用Rietveld方法进行定量相分析获得的结果比RIR法更准确;Rietveld法作定量物相分析得到:该赤泥含有水钙铝榴石、赤铁矿、硫碱钙霞石、钙钛矿、一水硬铝石、绿锥石、方解石、针铁矿和一氧化钛等9种物相,它们的含量分别为42.0%、27.7%、16.5%、6.6%、2.4%、1.8%、1.2%、0.9%和0.8%。
Red mud is the solid slag produced in the production process of aluminum oxide with bauxite as rawmaterial. In consideration of waste recovery and environment protection, it was of more practi- cal significance for the comprehensive utilization of red mud to acquire its phase composition and con- tent. The red mud sample provided by Pingguo Aluminum Manufacturer was analyzed by X-ray pow- der diffraction method and its phase was quantitatively analyzed by Rietveld full spectrum fitting method and the traditional reference intensity ratio (RIR) method. In Rietveld method, the overlap- ping peak effect was overcome by full spectrum data. It proved that the quantitative determination re- suits of Rietveld method were more accurate than RIR method. Through Rietveld method, it was found that there were nine phases in red mud, such as hydrogrossular, hematite, wischnewite, per- ovskite, diaspore, cronstedtite, calcite, goethite and titania, and their contents were 42.0%, 27.7%, 16.5%, 6.6%, 2.4%, 1.8%, 1.2%, 0.9% and 0.8%, respectively.
