摘要
用X射线粉末衍射技术和Rietveld全谱图拟合法研究了新金属间化合物Nd3MnBi5的晶体结构,该化合物为六方晶系,空间群为P63/mcm(No.193),a=0.95668(9)nm,c=0.64272(5)nm,Z=2,Dx=9.99g?cm3,为Ce3MnBi5结构类型.
The crystal structure of a new ternary compound Nd3MnBi5 has been determined by X--ray powder diffraction using the Rietveld method. The ternary compound Nds MnBi crystallizes in the hexagonal with the CesMnBi; structure type. P63/mcm(No.193),a=0.95668(9)nm,c=0.64272(5)nm,Z=2,Dx=9.99g/cm^3.
