摘要
研究不同腐烂程度毛竹蔸中的微生物菌群,结果发现细菌对数值最低为5.477,最高为7.380;真菌对数值最低为5.301,最高为6.903;放线菌对数值最低为5.740,最高为7.000;纤维素降解菌对数值最低为4.301,最高为6.477;木质素降解菌最低为4.415,最高为6.799。毛竹蔸腐烂过程中,前期各菌增长较快;中期细菌、真菌、放线菌对数值不断变化;后期菌对数值都较高;各菌之间存在着一定的协助和竞争。了解竹林砍伐前期的竹蔸腐烂规律,可为砍伐后的竹蔸降解提供参考,同时为竹蔸微生物在种级单位上的分离提供依据。
Microbial flora in the bamboo stump with different decomposition degree was studied. Results indicated that the minimum logarithmic value of the bacteria in the bamboo stump among different decomposition degree was 5.477, the highest of that was 7.380. The minimum logarithmic value of the fungi was 5.301, the highest of that was 6.903. The minimum logarithmic value of the aetinomyees was 5. 740, the highest was 7.000. The minimum logarithmic value of the cellulose degradation microorganism was 4.301, the highest was 6.477. The minimum logarithmic value of the lignin degradation microorganism was 4.415, the highest was 6.799. During the process of the decomposition bamboo stump, all of these microorganism grew rapidly during the initial stage, whereas, the logarithmic value of the bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes was constantly changing during the middle stage, the logarithmic value of the all of these microorganism were higher during the late stage. The assist and competition with certain extent were existed among these different microorganism. Understanding the decomposition rule of the bamboo stump before the bamboo forest be cut down, can provide reference for the bamboo stump degradation, also provide the basic data for the separation of the microorganism in bamboo stump at the species level units.
