摘要
[目的]研究贝类及水质抽样后的微生物变化规律。[方法]通过分析6个不同保存温度下贝类及水质中微生物随保存时间的变化规律,探讨贝类及水质抽样后的合适保存温度和最佳检测时间。[结果]结果表明,贝类以及水质抽样后最佳的保存温度为0—2℃,贝类抽样后在24h内检测,水质抽样后48h内检测,其结果都接近真实数据。[结论]该研究结果为制定贝类监控技术提供基础参考资料。
[ Objective] The purpose of this research was to study the changing law of microorganisms in shellfish and water samples after sampling. [ Method] The changing law of microorganisms in shellfish and water sample was studied when they placed in different temperatures along with the increase of time in order to discover the best temperature for keeping and the best time for detecting. [ Result ] The results showed that the best temperature for keeping was 0 - 2 ℃, it would be more closer to the real result if the shellfish could be detected in 24 h and the water sample could he detected in 48 h. [ Conclusion]This research will provide the basically referenced data for constituting control technique of shellfish.
