摘要
为筛选出一株对纤维素降解能力强的菌株,以绵羊瘤胃、腐败的树叶、深层的土壤和堆肥的牛粪为分离源分离纤维素降解菌。通过测定纤维素酶活,对4株不同来源的纤维素降解菌降解纤维的能力进行比较。结果表明,4株纤维素降解菌对纤维素都有不同程度的降解作用,其中来源于腐败的树叶的纤维素降解菌降解纤维的能力最强,其纤维素酶酶活可达到35.62 IU/ml,极显著高于其他菌株(P<0.01)。
In order to select cellulose degrading bacteria with a strong degradation of fiber, separation of cellulose degrading bacteria was used on the tureen of sheep, corruption leaves, deep soil and com- post manure. By measuring cellulase activity, compare four strains degradation of cellulose fiber capaci- ty from different sources. The results showed that four strains of cellulose-degrading bacteria have dif- terent degrees of cellulose, which the degrading ability of bacteria from the corruption leaves showed slnmgest abilily, its cellulase activity can reach 35.62 IU/ml, the difference was very significant (P〈 0.01) than other strains.
