构建面向网络产业链的校企双主体人才培养模式——以福州职业技术学院“金科网院”为例 被引量:1

摘要 传统人才培养模式已经无法适应现代产业背景下的网络技术人才培养的需求。立足福建,面向全球网络产业链,福州职业技术学院计算机系首先选择美国思科公司和福建金科公司作为校企合作的对象,成立了“金科网院”,它同时兼具了上游企业的标准、新技术和下游企业的技术应用、项目等优势;其次选择思科网络技术学院这个公益型国际项目作为校企三方合作平台,协同推进“思科网院项目本地化办学”,实施“面向网络产业链的校企双主体人才培养模式”。 Traditional talent cultivation mode has been unable to meet the needs of talent cultivation of the network technology under the background of modern industry. Based in Fujian, facing the global network of industrial chain, Computer Department of Fuzhou Polytechnic firstly chose American Cisco Company and Fujian Jinke Company as the school-enterprise cooperative partners, and established “Branch Network Institute”, which combines both the advantages of standard and new technology of an upstream enterprise, and the technology application and project of a downstream enterprise. Meanwhile, it is beneficial to select Cisco Network Technology College, the public welfare international project, as the third party in cooperation platform, promote the localized school-running, and thus carry out the talent cultivation mode of school-enterprise double subject based on network.
