摘要
"校企合作,订单式"培养高素质技能型人才,是高职教育改革、企业人才库建设和国家经济发展的共同需要。校企合作组建"订单教学班"是实践教学体系中不可缺少的重要环节。广东工程职业技术学院与迅达(中国)电梯有限公司开展校企合作取得成功经验,在探索"校企合作,订单式"培养模式的成效、创新点方面具有现实意义。
Cooperation between school and enterprises and customized training to cultivate the high-quality skilled personnel is the re-quirements of higher vocational education reform,the construction of talents pool and the development of national economy.Based on cooperation between school and enterprises to construct customized training class is an important and indispensable part in practice teaching system.Guangdong Polytechnic College and Schindler（China） Elevator Co.,Ltd.have got some successful experience in school-enterprise cooperation,which is important in exploring the effectiveness and innovation of the training mode of ＂ooperation between school and enterprises and customized training.＂
