摘要
[目的]调查输液治疗中护士使用PDA核查的现状,探讨影响因素及干预对策。[方法]在护士访谈、座谈会、临床跟班和文献检索的基础上自行设计问卷对206名护士进行调查,收集输液时护士使用PDA核查的影响因素并制定针对性的干预对策;分别对干预对策实施前后输液治疗中护士使用PDA核查的情况进行终末检查和实时检查,收集检查结果并进行对比;同时,收集干预对策实施前后输液治疗中护士发生输液错误例次和PDA提醒护士杜绝输液错误例次。[结果]护士输液前后使用PDA核查率的终末检查结果由干预前的90.30%、89.21%提高至干预后的99.77%、99.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实时检查结果由干预前的84.06%提升至干预后的99.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前后(6个月),输液治疗中护士发生输液错误例次分别为7例次和0例次,PDA提醒护士杜绝输液错误例次分别为5例次和7例次。[结论]PDA核查是确保输液治疗零差错的有效措施,而输液治疗中护士使用PDA核查的执行力是关键。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of nurses using PDA(personal digital assistant)verification during transfusion therapy,and to probe into influencing factors and interventions.Methods:A total of206 nurses were investigated with questionnaire based on nurse interviews,seminars,clinical attendant and information retrieval,to callect the influencing factors of nurses usny PDA verifiable and to develop targeted intervention countermeasures;nurses made use of PDA terminal inspection and verification of real-time checks,collected test results and compared;at the same time,nurse infusion error cases and PDA reminding nurses prevent transfusion errors cases were collected during infusion therapy before and after the implementation of intervention measures.Results:After implementing the intervention strategy,the result of terminal execution inspection increased from 90.30%、89.21%to 99.77%、99.71%(P <0.05),and the result of real-time execution inspection increased from 84.06%to 99.72%(P<0.05).Nurse's transfusion error cases were respectively 7cases and 0during infusion therapy before and after intervention(6months).PDA reminding nurses to prevent transfusion errors cases were respectively 5cases and 7cases.Conclusion:PDA verification is an effective measure to ensure zero error of infusion therapy,and nurses' execution of PDA verification in the transfusion is the key.
