摘要
目的:探讨项目管理在推广个人护理终端信息系统(PDA)临床护理应用中的效果。方法:项目管理包括成立"PDA专项推进组",采取系列措施推进PDA的使用。系列措施包括分批试点与培训、修订护理技术操作流程及质量评分表、制订PDA考核评分表、现状调查、编写《PDA使用指导手册》、重点辅导、专项督查等。结果:实施项目管理后,护士对PDA使用知识的掌握由(86. 19±9. 17)分提升到(96. 11±5. 83)分,静脉输液、口服药物、血标本采集相关的不良事件发生率降低,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:将项目管理方法应用于移动护理系统,有助于护士掌握PDA使用知识,降低不良事件发生率,有效保障护理安全。
Objective:To explore the application effect of project management in personal digital assistant (PDA).Methods:The PDA promotion group was established,and a series of measures were adopted to promote the use of PDA as followings:promoting the use of PDA in batches and training,the revision of nursing technical operation flow and quality scoring table,the establishment of PDA assessment and scoring table,and the investigation of the present situation,compiling PDA instruction manual,key guidance,special supervision and so on.Results:After implementing this program,the nurses's assessment scores increased from 86.19±9.17 to 96.11±5.83,the incidence of adverse care events associated with intravenous infusion,oral medication,and test specimens decreased.Conclusion:Popularizing the use of PDA is effective in improving the nurses' knowledge about PDA and reducing the adverse care events,ensuring the safety of nursing.
