摘要
目的探讨查对制度执行流程和方法,提高查对制度执行力,减少或杜绝药疗缺陷。方法采用三步曲式查对流程和方法对注射、静脉输液和加液等操作进行查对,比较实施前后药疗缺陷发生情况。结果 2009年10月～2010年3月与2009年4月～2009年9月同期相比,注射、静脉输液和加液等药疗缺陷有显著减少,两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论三步曲式查对流程和方法在预防药疗缺陷中效果明显。
Objective This article is to discuss the executable procedures and methods of censorship system, thus enhancing the executive force of the censorship system to reduce or even completely eradicate the occurrence of defects in medication.Methods The method used is comparing the rate of medication defects happening before and after the application of Trilogytype of checking procedures, which helps to verify the steps such as injection, intravenous infusion （I.V.T）, and liquid adding. Result The medication defects happening in these three steps has remarkably decreased during the second half year （Oct.2009～Mar. 2010） compared with that of the previous 6 months （Apr.2009 ～Sep.2009）, and the difference is of statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion The Trilogy type of checking procedures and method has obvious effects in the prevention of medication defects.
