摘要 目的:探讨六西格玛管理法对自费体检退费人数的影响。方法:应用六西格玛质量管理体系中的DMAIC模式,即定义、测量、分析、改进和控制5个步骤,对自费体检退费情况进行分析,找出退费原因并采取相应措施进行干预。结果:实施六西格玛管理法前自费体检月退费人数为211人,实施后下降到111人,月退费人数显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:应用六西格玛,显著降低了自费体检退费人数,保障了客户的健康权益,提高了服务体检客户的能力。 Objective To explore the influence on the number of out'of-pocket medical refund that the method of six sigma has. Methods Use six sigma DMAIC model of quality management system, namely the five steps like the definition, analysis, improvement and control, analyze outVof-pocket medical refund status, find the reason of refund and take corresponding measures to intervene, compare the number of the out-of-pocket medical refund before and after the application of six sigm a man- agement. Result The number of out-of-pocket medical refund is 211 before the implementation of six sigma management, and it drops to 111 people after implementing the management, monthly refund number decreases significantly, the difference is statistically significant (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The application of six sigma has significantly reduced the out-of-pocket medical refund rate and guaranteed the rights of health of the customer, and improved the ability of medical services to our clients.
