摘要
鉴于船舶制造业存在的库存量大、供应链管理效率低下、生产成本过高等问题,通过构建船舶制造业JIT供需采购模型,分别从单一采购方利益和供需双方利益两方面,对船舶制造业JIT供需采购模型进行了分析。结果表明,综合考虑供需双方利益能有效降低船舶制造业采购成本,提高船舶制造业供应链管理效率,强化供需采购双方合作关系。
In this paper, in view of the problems afflicting the ship-building industry and through establishing the JIT supply, demand and purchasing model of the industry, we found that by comprehensively considering the interests of the suppliers and buyers, we could effectively reduce the purchasing cost of the industry, improve the management efficiency of the ship-building supply chain and enhance the cooperative relationship between the suppliers and buyers.
