摘要
近年来随着我国私营企业逐渐建立起了党组织、职代会和工会,使私营企业与国有企业一样也存在老“三会”和新“三会”的关系问题。文章认为私营企业职代会、工会与股东会、董事会的关系是劳资关系,党组织在它们的关系中主要是双方利益的协调者和维护者。
With the establishment of Party branch, workers representative meeting and trade union recently, there are also relations between “New Three Organizations” and “Old Three Organizations”in private enterprises as state -owned ones. This paper holds that relations between workers representative meeting, trade union and shareholder meeting, board of directors are actually the relation between labor and capital. Party branch is a profit coordinator of labor and capital.
