Wnt/β-catenin、TGF-β/Smads及RAS/MARK信号通路与大肠癌关系的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 大肠癌在全球癌症死因中排第3,在发达国家比在发展中国家发病率高,且病死率高。随着国人生活节奏和饮食结构改变,大肠癌在我国的发病率逐渐上升。大肠癌发病的过程是多阶段多步骤的,相关信号通路异常改变在此起着决定性作用,而Wnt/β-catenin、TGF-β/Smads、RAS/MARK信号通路的异常改变在大肠癌发病中较为常见,并在大肠癌的发生发展和侵袭转移等过程中起重要作用,而且这3个信号通路中的异常改变与大肠癌的预后密切相关,针对这些信号通路的治疗已取得一定成效。本文对以上3个信号通路对大肠癌的影响及其用于大肠癌诊断预后和干预治疗的近10年研究进展作一综述。
