摘要
基于GD-1高压共轨柴油机,首先分析了油门抖动对车辆实际运行燃油经济性的影响,结果表明油门的滤波可一定程度改善燃油经济性;然后针对一阶低通滤波算法的缺陷提出了适应于驾驶工况要求的智能滤波的电子油门控制策略;最后在GD-1高压共轨柴油机上成功实现了该控制策略。仿真结果表明:控制策略实现了对电子油门的有效滤波控制,完全兼顾了电子油门的灵敏度和平稳度,小油门的波动幅度小于1%,0至100%的全油门急加速工况油门响应时间小于10个仿真循环,最大限度地发挥出电子油门的优越性能。
In model GD-1 high pressure common rail diesel engine, effect of throttle fluctuation on vehicle actual driving fuel economy was analyzed. It was revealed that the fuel economy improved to a certain extent by throttle filtering. A control strategy of the intelligent-filtered electron-controlled throttle suiting to the driving condition was proposed for defects of the first-order low-pass filtering algorithm. Finally, the control strategy was implemented successfully in the GD-1 high pressure common rail diesel engine. Simulation results show that the control strategy realizes effective filtering control of the electron-controlled throttle, fully taking its sensitivity and smooth into account, with fluctuation less than 1% in small delivery and response time less than 10 cycles in 0-100% load acceleration condition. This control strategy maximizes the electron-controlled throttle superiority.
