摘要 煤粉锅炉节油技术的研究及应用有着非常重大的意义。微油点火技术是一种十分有效的节油手段。介绍了微油点火技术的原理、系统组成及工业应用。数值模拟结果表明,改造后的微油点火燃烧器基本保持了改造前的优越性能。近几年的实际运行结果表明,机组每次启动平均节油率超过90%,且改造后对锅炉整体性能没有影响。 It is of great significance to reduce the consumption of fuel oil for pulverized coal fired boilers in China even throughout the world.Minimal-oil ignition technology is an effective solution to save fuel oil.The principal,system components and industrial applications of the minimal-oil ignition technology are introduced in this paper.Numerical simulation data shows that the newly designed coal burners have retained the superior performance of the original ones.According to the operation results in recent years,the average fuel oil consumption after retrofit is reduced by over 90 %,without any influence to the boiler's performance.
