摘要
基于GD—1电控柴油机控制系统,针对发动机冷起动中的预热格栅装置,制定了相应的控制策略。对分阶段预热的持续期计算、预热使能条件的判断以及预热指示灯的控制等方面进行了分析与研究,并设计了预热指示灯控制等关键部件的控制逻辑算法。基于V型平台,利用MATLAB/Simulink软件平台先编写了预热控制的策略框图并进行了离线仿真;通过Targetlink自动代码生成工具将Simulink模型生成C代码,并集成到已有的GD—1柴油机电控单元(ECU)中,在硬件在环(HIL)试验台上进行了验证,结果表明,在GD—1电控柴油机控制系统中实现了辅助柴油机冷起动的预热功能。
For the preheating grid device of cold start, the corresponding control strategy based on the control system of the GD-1 electronically controlled diesel engine was made. The calculation of preheating duration, the judgment of the preheating enable condition, the control of preheating indicator and so on were analyzed and researched, and the control logic algorithm of some key parts like the preheating indicator was designed. Based on V-typed platform, the control strategic models were compiled by using the MATLAB/Simulink software and offline simulated. The models were converted into C codes by the automatic code generation tool of Targetlink. The generated C codes were downloaded the electronic control unit (ECU) and testified on the hardware-in-loop (HIL) test bench. The results show that the preheating utility assistance for cold start was realized in the GD-1 electronically controlled diesel engine.
