摘要
本文首先基于对劳动关系广义的理解,从劳动关系的交换本质入手,借鉴对交换形态的划分,将劳动关系区分为封建型、契约型、信赖型和网络型四种形态,并据此分析各国劳动关系的差异。进而指出劳动关系的各个子系统也可依此进行类型区分,而这些子形态有可能在时间上和空间上呈现不同的组合分布,造成一国劳动关系独有的复杂性和动态性。最后,将以上分析应用于中国现实,指出在经济和社会转型过程中,劳动关系形态可能呈现出空间上多种形态共存、时间上发展阶段错位的复杂局面,以求对中国劳动关系发展路径研究提供启示。
This article analyzes many kinds of transaction configurations in labor relations from the perspective of transaction to show the diversity of labor relations. The transaction configurations are feudal type, compact type, trust type and network type. Then we point out this kind of classification can be applied to the subsyst^ms of labor relations, and subsystems may have different distributions in space-time structure, which leads to the special complexity and dynamics of one country. Finally we apply the transaction configuration-based view to labor relations in China and point out there may be various configurations in China during the process of economic transition, which provides enlightenment to the development of China's labor relations.
