摘要
教育体系是人才培养的重要基地。学生不论接受任何层次教育,最终都将会进入社会选择职业,以期实现自身价值。为此,选择何种职业不仅是就业数量的反映,更是就业质量的体现。实证调查发现,"职业定位"和"专业选择"的问题是影响高校毕业生就业质量的关键所在。为了更好的保证就业质量,应尽早将职业生涯管理理论引入教育体系,并将端口前移,尤其是高中阶段。通过系统的职业生涯培养,使学生从职业的角度了解自己、认知社会、合理定位、选择专业、为未来职业生涯发展做出科学规划,提升就业质量。
Education system is an important base for personnel training. The students whether to accept any level of education, eventually will enter social choice of employment, to realize their own value. And the choice of occupation is not only reflected the number of jobs, but also reflects the quality of employment. Empirical investigation found that "career orientation" and "professional choice" are the key issues affecting the college graduates employment quality. In order to better ensuring the employment quality, career management should be in^oduced into the educational system as soon as possible, and the port forward, especially in high school. With the help of the career training systems, students can better understand themselves, social cognition, reasonable positioning, choices of profession, have a scientific plan for futore career development, and improve the employment quality.
