摘要
近年来,三本院校图书馆服务育人工作出现了诸多问题,服务对象简化,服务队伍老化,服务模式僵化,育人功能弱化,问题的原因是多方面的,对图书馆工作产生了消极影响。图书馆必须积极应对,大力加强自身建设,勇于开展服务创新,主动适应读者需求,提供方便快捷、优质高效的服务,促进学风建设,充分发挥服务育人功能,彰显图书馆信息服务价值。
In recent Library. Service object is years, there are many problems on service education in the Third Category College simplified, service team aging, service mode rigid, educating function weakening, the reason is various, has a negative effect on the library work. The library should actively strengthen self-construction, carry out the service innovation, adapt to the needs of readers, provide convenient, high quality and efficient services, promote the construction of study style, and give full play to the service function of educating people, highlighting the value of Library services.
