摘要
目的探讨血小板膜糖蛋白a-颗粒膜蛋白(CD62p)在新疆汉族及哈萨克族脑梗死患者表达上的差异情况及临床意义。方法将汉族及哈萨克族脑梗死患者各80例分成两组,并设立两种民族健康对照组100例。用流式细胞仪检测CD62p的表达率。结果脑梗死组CD62p表达均显著高于健康对照组,汉族脑梗死及哈萨克族脑梗死之间亦有差异。结论脑梗死患者血栓的形成与血小板活化密切相关。
Objective To investigate the difference and clinical significance of the platelet membrahe glyeoproteins CD62p in patients with cerebral infarction of Han and Hazak population in Xin Jiang. Methods Eighty Han and Hazak patients of northen Xin Jiang with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. 100 healthy subjects were served as healthy controls. The expression of CD62p were detected with flow eytometry. Results The expression of CD62p in patients was higher than that in normal control,the expression of platelet membrane glyeoproteins in Han patients and Hazak patients with cerebral infarction was different. Conclusion Thrombus in cerebral infarction is closely related with platelet activation.
