摘要 目的探讨进展性脑梗死患者血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p表达变化及其临床意义。方法对进展性脑梗死患者,采用流式细胞术检测CD62p表达,并在不同时间行神经功能缺损评定,进行相关性分析。结果进展性脑梗死患者CD62p表达逐渐升高,并与神经功能缺损呈正相关。结论进展性脑梗死患者血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p检测可作为监测患者病情变化及给予临床干预的实验室指标。 Objective To investigate CD62p expression in patients with Progressing cerebral infarction. Methods To observe CD62p expression with How C ytometry, measure CSS score and make correlation analysis. Results Expression of CD62p increases in patients with Progressing cerebral infarction, correlated with CSS positively. Conclusion CD62p brave positive correlation with the patient' s state, can serve as direct and reliable indicator for the medicine assessment and clinical evaluation.
