摘要
采用紫外分光光度法对洋葱中槲皮素进行测定。以无水乙醇为溶剂,检测波长为382nm测定红皮洋葱中不同部位槲皮素含量。该方法简便、快速、准确,可作为食品红皮洋葱不同部位槲皮素含量测定的一种简单方法。
The quercetin content in red onion is detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry （UV）. Establish a method for determination of quercetin content in different parts of red onion,absolute alcohol is used as dissolvent and determined at wavelength 382 nm.The method is simple,rapid and accurate;it can be used as a simple method for determination of quercetin content in different parts of red onion.
