摘要
高校创新型教师的成长是一个长期而复杂的过程,应深入研究,积极探索,优化成长路径。通过条件保障、营造氛围、合作交流、柔性流动、激励评价和自我发展等策略,形成实效性的培养机制,从而建设一支师德高尚、知识渊博、结构合理的高素质创新型教师队伍。
The growth of innovative college teachers is a long and complex process, which should be deeply stud-ied, actively explored and optimized. By the strategies of condition protection, creating atmosphere, cooperation and exchange, flexible flow, incentive evaluation and self-development, the effective training mechanism will be formed, thereby to build a troop of knowledgeable, and structure-reasonable innovative teachers with high-quality and noble morality.
