摘要
高等教育承担着为社会主义建设储备优秀人才的重要责任,高等教育的发展水平取决于高校教师的整体质量.教师教育培养活动贯穿于高校教师聘任、考核以及晋升的整个职业生涯,对教师自身、高等院校以及高等教育都有重要作用.以高校教师教育培养的模式为着眼点,分析开展教师教育培养的必要性,介绍当前培养模式的基本情况,总结该模式存在的主要问题.在此基础上,探讨高校教师教育培养模式的优化策略,以期为高校教师教育培养的调整创新提供思路.
Higher education bears an important responsibility for the reserve of outstanding talents for socialist construction. The development level of higher education depends on the overall quality of college teachers. Teacher education and training activities run through the entire career of college teachers' appointment, assessment and promotion, and play an important role in teachers themselves, higher education institutions and higher education. This paper takes the mode of college teacher education training as the focus, analyzes the necessity of developing teacher education, introduces the basic situation of the current model, and summarizes the main problems of the model. On this basis, the optimization strategy of college teachers' education training mode is discussed, which provides ideas for the adjustment and innovation of college teachers' education training.
