摘要
国际竞争的深入使科技安全成为摆在每个国家面前的重要课题,完整高效的科技安全情报体系是确保科技安全的重要保障。重点探讨在维护国家科技安全领域中情报的作用,在归纳总结科技领域情报预测作用的基础上,得出维护科技安全,情报预测需要从全源监测视角构建、情报源的深度挖掘以及完善的预测流程三个方面入手,并提出相应的对策建议。
International competition makes Science and Technology Security an important issue for each country. Complete and efficient technology security system is an important safeguard to ensure S＆amp;T security. This study focuses on the role of intelligence in national S＆amp;T security. Based on summarizing the role of intelligence prediction in the field of S＆amp;T, we found that intelligence prediction required works in building all-source perspective, mining the intelligence sources deeply and perfecting the forecasting process, some suggestions were also given.
