企业技术管理的自组织特性分析及其启示

摘要企业的技术管理工作是一个具有系统性的整体,不仅具有一般系统的属性,而且具有开放、动态、非线性、涨落和非平衡等自组织的特性。本文从自组织的角度考察技术管理的特点,并提出对企业技术管理工作开展的有益启示。
