摘要
假定某地铁站到站列车发生火灾,利用Pathfinder软件研究其人员疏散的安全性。将人员疏散必需时间与《地铁设计规范》中的站台层事故疏散时间和假定列车火灾不同工况下的人员疏散可利用时间进行对比,发现人员能够在规范规定的6min内离开事故层,满足规范要求。对比假定火灾工况,当机械排烟系统失效时,人员无法安全疏散;消防设施均有效的情况下,人员虽然能够在可利用时间内完成疏散,但安全裕量较小。建议防排烟设计考虑消防设备失效时烟气对人员疏散的影响;适当增大排烟量并保证消防设施的有效性。
Assuming a fire in the arriving train in a metro station,Pathfinder was used to study on the safety of evacuation.The RSET and evacuation time of platform accident according to Code for Design of Metro and ASET of different fire scenarios were compared,turned out that people could leave the accident layer in 6 min,it fit the requirements of the Code.For the assumed scenarios,people cannot evacuate safely when the mechanical smoke exhaust system is failure; people can evacuate in the ASET but the safety margin is small when the mechanical smoke exhaust system is effective.It was recommended that the influence on the personal evacuation by smoke when the fire protection facility is failure should be considered during the design of smoke control; the smoke exhaust rate should be increased and the effectiveness of fire protection facility should be guaranteed.
