摘要
基于对祥源城高层住宅人员的调查研究,利用疏散软件Pathfinder针对出口的数量、出口的宽度、楼梯因素、人的行为因素对建筑内人员疏散的影响。通过模拟疏散发现安全出口的数量和宽度对人员疏散的影响最为明显,楼梯的因素对人员疏散的影响较小,人的行为因素也对疏散起着决定性作用。分析和比较得出疏散过程中可能存在的不同瓶颈,结合高层居民楼建筑自身特点在发生火灾情况下人员的疏散提出了一些对策,能够达到减轻人员伤亡以及财产损失的效果,从而可作为高层居民楼人员疏散的参考依据。
Based on the investigation of the residents in Xiang Yuan City,using Pathfinder,an evacuation software,the papers discussed the influence of the structure on the residents evacuation from the aspects of the number of exit,the width of the exit,the staircase factors and the impact of human factors.Through the simulated evacuation,it is found that the number and width of the exits have the most evident effect on the residents evacuation.The factors of stairs,however,have less impact.Human behavior factors also play a decisive role in evacuation.The paper points out the different bottlenecks that may exist in the evacuation process through analysis and comparison,put forward some countermeasures combined with the characteristics of high-rise residential buildings in the case of fire evacuation,reducing the casualties and property damage effect,which can be used as a reference for the evacuation of high-rise residential buildings.
