摘要
目的了解医学生职业成熟度的发展特点及影响因素。方法采用职业成熟度问卷对225名医学生进行调查。结果医学生总体职业成熟度和职业成熟度各因子的成熟水平均属中等,其中以职业世界知识得分最低。医学生职业成熟度总分在年级上存在显著差异,大三和大四年级显著高于大一和大二,大三是医学生职业成熟度急剧提高的关键时期;性别、专业、学业成绩等因素对医学生职业成熟度无显著影响。结论医学生职业成熟度水平有待提高。
Objective To investigate the developmental characters and influencing factors of vocational maturity in medical students. Methods A total of 225 medical students underwent a Career Maturity Questionnaire survey. Results The overall occupational maturity and maturity level of each factor in medical students was moderate, with the lowest score of the career world knowledge. The total scores of occupational maturity were discrepant in the different grades, with the scores of the third and fourth grade students being more prominent than the first and second grade ones. The third grade was pivotal for the improvement of occupational maturity in medical students. There was no significant impact of sex, specialty and scholastic attainment on the vocational maturity. Conclusion The career maturity of medical students remains to improve.
