摘要
目的为了深入研究短梗五加茎的活性物质基础。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20等多种色谱法对短梗五加茎的化学成分进行研究。结果鉴定了15个化合物的结构,分别为商陆素(Ⅰ)、金合欢素(Ⅱ)、槲皮素(Ⅲ)、金丝桃苷(Ⅳ)、5a,8a-桥二氧麦角甾-6,22-双烯-3-醇(Ⅴ)、芝麻脂素(Ⅵ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅷ)、咖啡酸(Ⅸ)、没食子酸(Ⅹ)、原儿茶酸(Ⅺ)、山柰酚(Ⅻ)、山柰苷(ⅩⅢ)、异秦皮啶-7-O-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(ⅩⅣ)、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(XV)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅻ、ⅩⅢ、ⅩⅣ和ⅩⅤ均首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the active substances of Acanthopanax sessilifiorus ( Rupr. Et Maxim. ) Seem for better using the traditional Chinese medicine. METHODS The constituents from the stem of the A. sessiliflorus were studied by various chroma- tographies such as column chromatography. RUSULTS Fifteen compounds were isolated by the column chromatography and elucidated as ombuin ( Ⅰ ), acacetin ( Ⅱ ) , quercetin ( Ⅲ ), hyperoside ( Ⅳ ) , 5 a, 8a-epidioxy- ( 22E, 24R) -ergosta-6, 22-dieM-3 β-ol ( Ⅴ ), ( - ) -sesamin( Ⅵ ), β-sitosterol ( Ⅶ ), daucosterol ( Ⅶ ), caffeic acid ( Ⅸ ), gallic acid ( X ), protocatechuic acid ( XI ), kaempferol (XII) , kaempferitrin( Ⅻ ) , isofraxidin-7-O-α-D-glucoside (Ⅷ) and stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( ⅩⅤ) by spectral data and hydrolysis methods. CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅻ, , ⅩⅢ, ⅪⅤ and ⅩⅤ are isolated from the species for the first time.
