摘要
结合无梗五加国内外研究现状,对其化学成分和药理作用进行综述。无梗五加为药食两用植物,主要含三萜类、木脂素类和黄酮类成分,具有多种药理活性,如抗氧化、抗炎、抗缺氧、抗肿瘤,为无梗五加进一步开发利用提供参考。
Acanthopanax sessiliflorus is used as both food and medicine. Studies have shown that triterpenoids, lignans and flavonoids are the main effective chemical constituents. The modern pharmacology studies showed that it had various activities, such as anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, anti-hypoxia and anti-tumor, in this paper, we summarized the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus based on the research status at home and abroad, which provide references for further development and utiliation of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus.
