摘要
在不断强化保险文化建设的背景下,如何客观评价我国保险企业文化建设的效果,并进一步寻找保险企业文化建设的着力点?本文运用实证分析的方法,借鉴OCQ模型对湖北省产、寿险企业文化建设状况进行研究。研究发现:产、寿险企业文化建设效果存在显著差异,且参与者对产险企业文化建设效果评价高于寿险企业;企业领导重视程度不同将影响保险企业文化建设效果;参与者性别、年龄、职位及从事保险行业时间差异,均不影响其对保险企业文化建设效果的评价,但参与者学历层次差异对保险企业文化建设效果的评价部分存在显著差异。该项研究提供了评价保险企业文化建设效果的新方法,并为进一步加强保险企业文化建设提供新的思路。
Under the background of strengthening cultural construction of the insurance sector, how to objectively evaluate the effect of insurance enterprise' s culture construction in our country, and furthermore to find the focus of the culture construction ? This paper took the enterprise culture construction situation of the property and life insur- ers of Hubei province as research projects and adopted the OCQ model as an empirical analysis. The study indica- ted : ( 1 ) there were significant differences between the corporate culture construction effects of the property industry and the life insurance industry, and participants had a higher opinion on the effect of the property insurance sector; (2) whether the company leadership attached great importance to the cultural construction made a difference;( 3 ) gender, age, seniority and length of service in the insurance industry didn' t affect their evaluation on the effects of culture construction, but their educational level had great impacts on their evaluation. The study provided a new method to evaluate the effectiveness of the insurance enterprise culture construction, and offered new ideas for fur- ther strengthening the insurance industry' s corporate culture construction.
