摘要
通过对能力导向型企业文化内涵及本质特征的探讨,指出构建能力导向型企业文化是中国企业适应市场经济及日趋激烈的国际竞争环境的必然选择,也是对传统关系导向型企业文化的重大变革。提出了树立以人为本的企业管理理念、树立能力导向型的价值观、提倡创新精神及树立新型的人才观等一系列构建能力导向型企业文化的建议。
The paper probes into the connotation and basic characters of ability - oriented type of culture of enterprise, and points out building ability - oriented type of culture of enterprise is inevitable selection of suiting the market economy and keen international competition circumstances day by day and being a significant change to the traditional relationship - oriented type of culture of enterprise. Finally, the paper puts forward a series of suggestions to build ability - oriented type of culture of enterprise, such as setting up the business management sense of taking man for the fundamentals, establishing the ability- oriented type of viewpoints of value, advocating the spirit of making innovations and setting up the viewpoint of new talents and so on.
