摘要
目的:建立保幼化风丹的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对保幼化风丹中的防风、川芎及甘草进行薄层鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对保幼化风丹中甘草的有效成分甘草酸铵进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱专属性强,阴性对照无干扰,含量测定甘草酸铵在进样量0.402~2.009μg范围内线性良好,线性方程为Y=7.945×106X+1.783×103,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.13%,回收率RSD为0.93%。结论:该方法简便快速,结果准确,可以有效控制保幼化风丹质量。
Objective:To establish Juvenile Wind Dan's quality standards. Methods:Using thin layer chromatography ( TLC ) against Juvenile Wind Dan windproof, rhizoma ligustici wallichii and radix glycyrrhizae in thin layer identification, preserved by high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) method with active ingredients of licorice in Juvenile Wind Dan ammonium glycyrrhetate content determination. Results : TLC specific, negative control without interference, ammonium glycyrrhetate content in the sample quantity was within the scope of 0.402 to 2.009 μ g with a good linear. The linear equation was Y=7.945 × 106X +1.783 ×103, r=0.999 9. The average recovery was 99.13% and the recovery RSD was 0.93%. Conclusion : This method is simple and rapid and accurate, and can effectively control the Juvenile Wind Dan's quality.
