摘要
目的探讨结直肠癌合并糖尿病与淋巴结转移的关系。方法对选取2006年1月。至2011年12月问收治的313例结直肠癌患者进行病例对照研究，分析合并糖尿病的结直肠癌患者的淋巴结转移情况。结果313例结直肠癌患者中，有45例合并糖尿病，占14．4％。45例结直肠癌合并糖尿病患者的淋巴结转移率为51．1％，268例无糖尿病结直肠癌患者的淋巴结转移率为32．5％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论结直肠癌合并糖尿病患者的淋巴结转移率较高。
Objective To evaluate the association of diabetes mellitus and lymphatic metastasis on patients with colorectal cancer. Methods Case-control study was performed to compare 313 patients with colorectal cancer in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University between 2006 and 2011 and to investigate the relationship between diabetes mellitus and lymphatic metastasis. Results There were 45 patients with colorectal cancer and diabetes mellitus. The incidence of lymphatic metastasis was 51.1% in patients with colorectal cancer and diabetes mellitus while the incidence of lymphatic metastasis was 32. 5% in patients only with colorectal cancer. The former was significantly higher than the latter （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Diabetes mellitus may increase the incidence of lymphatic metastasis on patients with colorectal cancer.
