摘要
促进青年教师专业发展,培养和引导青年教师快速胜任高职院校教师岗位,是高职院校可持续发展的关键。促进青年教师专业发展要注重新教师岗前培训,实行导师制度,定期举办技术能手和名师专家专题讲座,选派青年教师参加国内外培训,鼓励青年教师参加生产实践锻炼,参与教科研项目,支持青年教师参加职业技能竞赛。同时要从制度上保证青年教师专业发展,促使青年教师快速成长。
The promotion of young teachers' professional development, training and guiding the young teachers to fit the post of higher vocational teachers is the key to the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. It should focus on pre-job training, implement tutor system, regularly carry out lectures by technical experts and famous experts, select young teachers to participate in domestic and overseas training, encourage young teachers to participate in training practice and teaching and scientific research project, and encourage young teachers to participate in the occupation skill contest. At the same time it should ensure the young teachers' professional development from the system construction, and promote the rapid growth of young teachers.
