摘要
鉴于导师制在研究生、本科生的教育成果,在高职院校中探索实行导师制度,有利于培养适应社会需要的高技能人才。本文提出了师生共进导师制教育模式,结合检测技术专业人才培养进行了该模式的探索与实践。
As the educational achievement of tutorial system in postgraduate and undergraduate,the exploration of impleting tutorial system in higher vocational colleges benefits training high-skil ed talents suitable for social needs.This paper proposes the tutorial-system education mode by the cooperation of students and teachers, and explores and practices this mode among students of Detecting Techniques Major.
