摘要
以搭建多样化人才成长渠道、建设适应经济社会发展的现代职业教育体系为核心,建立上下衔接贯通的职业教育人才成长路径,完善人才培养模式,构建产学良性互动的校企合作长效机制,加强"双师型"队伍建设,完善职业教育经费保障机制,深化职业教育办学制度改革,理顺职业教育管理体制。
In order to set up diversified talents growth channel,it’s a necessity for us to construct the modern vocational education system as the core to adapt to economic and social development,establish vocational education talented person growth path,improve the personnel training mode,build the mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation with a benign interaction,strengthen team of “double -professionally -titled teachers”,perfect the mechanism for ensuring adequate funding for vocational education,deepen the reform of system in vocational education,and straighten out the vocational education management system.
