Personality First: Breakthrough and Transcendence of High Vocational Curriculum Development

摘要 随着社会的发展与进步,"以人为本"的思想成为时代的强音,学生的全面发展特别是人格的完善成为当今教育关注的重点。"人格本位"的教育理念进入高职教育研究和实践领域,培养学生健全人格成为高职教育的核心价值。"人格本位"课程突破了"能力本位"课程视教育对象为服务经济之工具的藩篱,回归到教育本真目标,超越了高职教育培养劳动者的功利性目的,彰显了对学生全面发展的重要作用。 With the development and progress of the society, "people-oriented" thought has become the forte of this era, and so the comprehensive development of students, especially the perfection of personality is concerned in education nowadays. To achieve the era mission of cultivating high-quality talents with comprehensive development, the educational concept of " personality first" has been demonstrated in the research and practice of high vocational education, and cultivating students" healthy personality become the core value of high vocational education. The concept of "personality first" breaks through the barriers of "competency-based" concept which regards education objects as tools of economy, and returns to the ultimate goal of education which is beyond the utilitarian value of cultivating laborers through high vocational education, and highlights the important role of students" comprehensive development.
